See 514024 for the optional hard cap to protect the sprocket shaft - This crankcase splitter is the only correct tool that will allow you to easily split the cases; without risk of damage; with a ratchet - Manufactured from 1/2" thick A36 hot rolled steel - Installs to the primary side of the case. Note: See 514024 for the optional hard cap to protect the sprocket shaft. Note: For the 00-06 Softail engine this tool can be used for removing the flywheel from the left case only.
