Complete kit with hard chromed fork tubes with aluminum lower slider assemblies with all internals and fork plugs. Ready to install. Can be used as stock replacement for 80-83 FXWG models with dual front calipers. Will also fit all other 49-up wide glide type Big Twin models in custom applications. When used in combination with a 41 mm type Wide Glide conversion kit this kit will fit most FX and XL models that are standard equipped with 35 and 39mm fork tubes. Note: Stock length FXWG is approximately 4" longer than a stock length FL assembly. Total length of the FXWG fork tube & slider assembly is 79cm; measured from middle of wheel axle to top of fork tube (without plugs). |
